The Best CS2 Comic Book Skins

KeyDrop Team

Superman, Spider-Man, Batman, Skinsman. Well.. we made that last one up, but hey, he may be the superhero creating this article! We’ll be looking through the top comic-book themed designs out there, so let’s get started building your new loadout with these CS2 comic book skins.

Zeus x27 | Olympus

Price: $6–$18

We start off with a skin that we talk about a lot. Perhaps because it’s the only Zeus skin out there. It has already been mentioned a lot in our list of mythology skins in CS2, so allow us to skip all that and just say why it’s in this loadout.

Well, simply put… it’s very comic-booky. Looking like one of the modern classics, the detailed artwork wouldn’t be out of place in Thor or another Marvel comic. And hey, after all, Zeus is actually a character in those.

P2000 | Handgun

Price: $0.60–$4

This is the skin that inspired the whole loadout, to be honest. A quintessential comic book skin, the Handgun is styled in full classic comic book art, along with printed “BOOM!” text that helps craft the gun’s cartoony image.

P250 | See Ya Later

Price: $2.50–$10

Another skin that’s just funny. As we’ve noted in other articles, despite the name, the positioning of the teeth of this animal shows that it is, indeed, a crocodile, so it should be named “See You in a While”. On a serious note, however, the skin is a great example of just having fun. The croc looks like a villain straight from a wacky comic, and we love it!

USP-S | Kill Confirmed

Price: $42–$182

This looks like taken straight from a comic book strip. The skull, the explosion, the style. It’s a frame in itself. Created by Nicolas in 2015, it has stood the test of time for years, through its vibrant colors and detailed art.

MAC-10 | Stalker

Price: $8–$74

While this isn’t straight-up comic bookish like the previous skin, the artwork itself really fits the vibe. Vibrant yellow with a blue cartoonish cat, this skin is a great example of sticking to a theme and pulling the most out of it.

PP-Bizon | High Roller

Price: $2–$14

The High Roller looks like it’s taken from a comic book strip version of Casino Royale. Showing a roll of poker chips along with cards, it takes the casino theme and turns it into a beautiful drawing.

MAG-7 | Monster Call

Price: $0.30–$1.85

“There’s always a bigger fish” may not be a comic book line, but it sure feels like it. The Monster’s Call looks like a scene from Aquaman, perhaps one of the final boss’ henchmen. It has a fun art style that really brings some color to the affair. We’re calling this monster for sure.

XM1014 | Incinegator

Price: $1–$13

Another alligator, and this time we can’t quite confirm whether it’s a gator or a croc. So let’s assume that we don’t have to rename it the “firecrocker”. It’s a nice skin that looks like it’s a puzzle piece for a comic book frame. A fire breathing alligator? Sounds like something from a wacky comic.

AUG | Akihabara Accept

Price: $450–$4000

Mangas are comics too! So for all you weebs out there, the Akihabara Accept is a perfect skin for you. Extremely expensive, but hey, no wonder. There’s not much like it out there. Showing a manga-styled CT, the weapon is perhaps Valve’s most creative idea. Oh, and if you’re not into manga and wondering, Akihabara is a Tokyo district. The more you know!

AWP | Boom

Price: $100–$380

Another skin that absolutely inspired this list. The Boom might not seem like it, until you zoom in and see that the skin is covered in classic comic book artwork, including the titular BOOM! It’s very much a fun spin on the pop-art era of comics, and it’s a very nice orange, too!

M4A1-S | Player Two

Price: $14–$113

A very gamer-style skin here, showing a manga-style GIGN Counter-Terrorist in what looks like the middle of an intense firefight. The skin is very colorful and goes all in the comic book vibe, making it a must-have on this list. For more like it, check out the full list of manga and anime skins in CS2

M4A4 | Temukau

Price: $7–$133

Created by f0rnez, this is the short M4’s answer to the Player Two. A heavily Manga-themed skin, it shows a kawaii girl in CT threads smoking ramp in full comic-book bloom. Its vibrant blue and white background really works even without the artwork, making this one of our two (that’s right, we couldn’t choose!) choices for the M4A4.

M4A4 | Hellfire

Price: $54–$86

Our other CS2 comic book skin for the M4A4 is a totally different vibe. Looking like a classic edgy cartoon, it shows a little devil screaming right at you with some demonic typography and skulls. It’s a fun skin, with the devil’s tail sticking out the barrel being an awesome touch. While not the most comic-booky, it’s one of the most fun.

SSG 08 | Bloodshot

Price: $9–$80

Finally, a skin that works in horror loadouts, but we decided it has a comic book quality courtesy of its cartoony tentacles that are not that scary at a closer look. It’s a fun skin to finish out our list.
